Update to Negotiations Status:

1.Sent a request to Monroe County for reports Unit 7400 is requesting for negotiations in November 2023. In process by the County

2.Created a survey to be completed by dues paying members -CSEA got permission to send the survey out via County email system since we've had people not get the surveys via email. Working on sending this out again.

3.Create a Communication Plan (CP) for the Negotiation team to review. This is a working document. We will be updating the CP as we go forward.

4. Sent the letter to the County to negotiate with them (this opens up the negotiation)

5. Next meeting setup for 1/25/24 with the NT
